Three second half tries take Wallabies into final four.
08/11/2003

Reigning World Cup holders Australia are through to the semi-finals after running in three second half tries to dispose of Scotland.

With the two sides locked at 9 points each after a first half lacking in quality, the Australians raised their game with tries by Stirling Mortlock, George Gregan and David Lyons. Elton Flatley converted all three, to add to four penalties.

Rob Russell scored a late consolation try for Scotland, which Chris Patterson converted to add to the two penalties and a dropped goal he kicked in the first half.

Half time highlights are now on line.
