The Newcastle and Central Coast train lines run regular services to Gosford. To travel by train you have to first get to Sydney, from where with the journey time one hour and 15 minutes.
If you are flying into Sydney on match-day you could take advantage of the frequent shuttle buses from the Airport to the Central Coast.
Gosford is just over an hour’s drive away from Sydney.
Gosford is not serviced by a direct flight from any other Rugby World Cup 2003 host city, although you can charter a seaplane for a 20-minute flight from Rose Bay, which is to the east of Sydney.
