Steve Hansen (WAL) - coach
On Wales' performance:
"We didn't play well, but we got the four points which we came to play for. It was our first time kicking in the wet, we gave a lot of ball for them to run back at us and they got excited about it.
"Right near the end I was [concerned], but to be honest every time we got under pressure we went back and scored points and the sad thing was a lack of concentration allowed them back into the game."
On Wales’ next match against Italy on 25 October:
"You don't have to be a rocket scientist, but we have to step it up to win."
Colin Charvis (WAL) - captain

Martyn Williams (WAL) - flanker
On his drop goal:
"It's probably the first and last. I won't be attempting another one."
Jim Love (TGA) - coach
