As the eight teams left in the knockout phase of Rugby World Cup 2003 prepare for the weekend's quarter finals in Melbourne and Brisbane the match officials for each game have been announced.
There are other referees, in addition to those taking charge of quarter final matches, who will be in contention for the last four matches of Rugby World Cup, but the full breakdown of the quarter final 'line ups' is as follows:
Quarter Final 1: New Zealand v South Africa
Tony Spreadbury has quarter final 1 between Pool D winner New Zealand and Pool C runner up South Africa at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne on Saturday 8 November.
He will be assisted by Peter Marshall and Andrew Cole on the touchlines, with Stuart Dickinson taking the fourth official chair, Chris White is the Television Match Official and Nigel Williams is the fifth official.
Quarter Final 2: Australia v Scotland
Steve Walsh is in charge of quater final 2 between Pool A winner Australia and Pool B runner up Scotland at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday 8 November.
Paddy O’Brien and Andre Watson will run the touch, while Paul Honiss is the Television Match Official, Joel jutge the fourth official and David McHugh the fifth.
Quarter Final 3: France v Ireland
Jonathan Kaplan is in charge of quarter final 3 between Pool B winner France and Pool A runner up Ireland at the telstra Dome on Sunday 9 November.
Chris White and Nigel Williams will run the touch, Stuart Dickinson is the Television Match Official, Andrew Cole the fourth official and Peter Marshall the fifth.
Qurter Final 4: England v Wales
Alain Rolland will control quarter final 4 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane between Pool C winner England and Pool D runner up Wales on Sunday 9 November.
David McHugh and Joel Jutge will run the touch, while Paul Honiss and Paddy O’Brien will act as fourth and fifth match officials and Andre Watson will perform the Television Match Official duties.
