The biggest drug testing programme in Rugby World Cup history has thrown up no positive results at the 2003 Tournament.
300 tests were carried out on players during the Tournament in Australia among the total of 570 tests conducted during RWC qualifying in the past 12 months.
The programme included retesting of a number of samples already collected during the Tournament for the steroid THG.
IRB anti-doping manager Tim Ricketts was delighted with the results.
"This has been the biggest testing programme in RWC history and a more stringent one than for the Olympics," Mr Ricketts said.
"The tests were very well-received by the players and officials, who were very cooperative throughout the tournament.
"I am very happy that the tournament was contested on a level playing field. I'm sure the players and fans would feel the same."
